Vice President of Programming Jonah Boutell spent a week at the 2oth Frank J. Ruck Leadership Institute. This is a SigEp conference that equips students to lead culture change within their lives, chapters and community. During this week Boutell worked through leadership strategies that aided him in utilizing his strengths and making his weaknesses stronger. Time was spent in the classroom where he collaborated with other brothers and participated in mindful group discussion. Outside of the classroom, brothers were outdoors sharpening their bodies through rope obstacle courses, where they pushed their bodies to the limit and supported other brothers to do the same.
“Ruck has given me the confidence and tools to effectively lead in the chapter, on campus and in life.” – Jonah Boutell ’20.
