Brother Austin Pfeffer traveled to Denver, Colorado to intern for Metropolitan State University of Denver as a part of the Roadrunners Strength and Conditioning team. Here he works under the head strength and condition coach Isaiah Castilleja and assistants Jamal Jones and Jordan Ulrich. Daily intern duties consist of coaching the athletes, and broadening their knowledge on the topics of programming, training methods, physiology, anatomy, history of strength and condition and coaching. Interns put themselves through exercises and workouts to ensure that what they teach, they have done themselves.
